5 advantages of beech wood

Beech is considered one of the valuable wood species for its dense and homogeneous structure.

The wood has a uniform pattern as it does not have a visible core in its structure. Beech can be yellow and beige-pink or red-brown.

This tree has the following advantages:

1. Strength
2. Durability
3. High wear resistance
4. Beautiful texture on the cut
5. Environmental friendliness and safety (which is important for products in contact with food)

However, despite all the advantages, it is worth remembering that beech, like any other tree, needs to be looked after!

Beech doesn't like:

 ⁃ high humidity (it has a good ability to absorb water, thereby prone to deformation after drying), do not soak, do not wash in the dishwasher;
⁃ Dry air, do not store near heat sources, the tree may dry out and crack;
⁃ Intolerance to direct sunlight is best, the color may darken.
